Sweety Jiayi's Birthday

Went to celebrate Jiayi's birthday with the lovely V6 and ShanShan.
Finally out of the many outings, this the first time the entire V6 is around for this occasion.

A year of friendship with them and its still hanging on strong! And it going to be strong for the rest of my life xD

Before the celebration, we people met up @ Hougang Mall to have our dinner. Decided to have our dinner at Hans. The food there was awful. Pukes. Haven't been eating at Hans for quite some time. But when I was younger, my dad used to bring me to Hans to eat. As far as i could remember, the food there was yummy. Probably only the outlet at Hougang taste awful. Possible?

After the not so satisfied dinner, we went to shop for gifts and cake. Bought the Chocolate Mint cake from Polar and a bouquet of flowers. Proceeded to Punggol Park to meet up with Jaiyi! 20 odd people were there at the playground celebrating her birthday. Ultimate coolness!

3 cliques (including us) were celebrating for her. Due to the busy shedule V6 had, we could only celebrate for her on Sat. But she was already booked by her friends. Furthermore, we do not wish to celebrate belated birthday for her. So the only way was to join her other friends!

After celebration ended, we went to sit on the swing. And omfg, Tingting and Xvan can fly high without people pushing. The saddist me had to ask Alvis to push. We gathered in a circle and each of us gave a birthday blessing to Jiayi :D

After some time, we bid goodbye to Jiayi and friends. Xvan and Shanshan bused together with me to YioChuKang INT and then the both of them trained back to Sembawang.

Fishery Port

Before the trip to the fishery port, we had our lessons as usual. The meeting time for the fishery camp was at 7pm. As there's still a long stretch of hours to go, we decided to head to Felicia's house to chill.

We bought some food from Jurong Point as well as rented one horror movie for later entertainment. When we were in her house, we were gladly greeted by her dog, handsome. Her dog barks!! Rofl rofl! We dare not play with him becoz he barks. When he bark, we jumped. lols.

Played the movie, however, we are not really concentrating on it. The movie really bores us out. All the while when the movie is played, I was stickaming and taking pictures with Darling Xinrou. We also went into a website where we can sing and other people could listen and comment. Cool isint it? Time to show your talent peeps!

After which Felicia's cousin came. He was such a cutieee! I love kiddos :DD

Finally, we headed back to school. Had a little breifing at the student lounge right after that was our dinner. Started the first game off with 'Treasure Hunt'. I didnt play as I was a helper. It sure looks fun seeing them running about in the campus searching for the treasure. But on the contrary seeing them perspiring is terrible :/

Soon after the game ended, they had a rest at the student lounge. Proceeded into playing Dog and Bone. My team lost and we were suppose to do forfeit and so... we danced the banana dance.

Back to school, I was all drain out. Washed my feet throughly and back to student loudge. Fell asleep right away after I lay down on the floor. Woken up by Cheryl and Felicia asking us to have our breakfast. Apparently, I skipped my breakfast and went back to lala land.

After their breakfast, went back home. Bused back home with Genevieve.

Xinrou mom called and said she wasnt cooking dinner. So Xinrou, Cheryl and myself headed down to Swensens. The student meal there was affordable. Any choice of meal + free flow of drinks. Not bad uh. Fret not, I'd inform my maidy not to cook my dinner already so I could enjoy my Swensens student meal then! :D

I ordered the Chicken Baked Rice. And both Cheryl and Xinrou ordered the Black Pepper Seafood Pasta. The food was tasty but i hate it when it scald my hand. It was painful. Ouchh.

After dinner, we windowed shopping around CWP and then went home.

First Rehearsal

It was my first rehearsal for Keming Primary Concert.

The rehearsal was at 6pm. But VP of 5lines want some bonding session. Being the admin team, we plan to have lunch together followed by a movie. God damn shit, everything went out smoothly.

We caught the movie Get Smart.

Another awesome movie that I've watch. Hilarious! Plus the female lead was sizzling hot. Thumbs up! After movie, went Gillian house to start our rehearsals. 2hours straight of rehearsing with my quartet. It was tiring as well as stressful D:

I could sense that my days ahead are getting stressful and tiring. But still, going to lessons perks me up! Shocking? Nahs, coz I've got the crankiest friends on earth. We crank together :D

It all begins when i started to blow air into the plastic bag. And that meanie Xinrou went to put it over my head. The very next minute, Felicia was shouting 'Eh, later she suffocate ah'.
Being the 'creative' Xinrou, she created some holes for me to fit my eyes and mouth. lmfao

Late In The Evening

School was crazy. Where my fellow classmates were as crazy as me. JJ was nice enough to treat Xinrou and me waffles :D

After school, went to meet up with Gillian. We had to meet Yinghao and my new quartet members at City Hall 8pm for dinner. Shrill! I'm soo excited in meeting my new qaurtet members. I'll be performing in the Keming Primary Teacher's Day celebration. What's more, each player gets 40bucks for performing. Wooots. Sadly, Gillian is not playing. But well, we still have many chances to play together. No worries :)

Before meeting Yinghao, went Gillian house to chill with her dog first. She's suppose to print scores but the printer went haywire after printing some. We panic as it was going 8pm. Luckily her mom got home and help us with it. When everything was done, Gillian's dad fetch us to Raffles City.

Soooo. I got to meet my new member! Persis, Cheryl and Marilyn. But well, Marilyn is not a stranger to me. She was RP strings ex-president. Cool cool. Everyone was cool there :D
Marilyn was asking me how's my work as the current IG president and stuffs. The foodcourt was closing soon so we headed to Swisshotel lobby to settle our stuffs. Finally, we got to the main topic. Hahs. Distributed the scores that we will be playing in Kening Primary and set the rehearsals date. First quartet rehearsal will be on this coming Saturday!

So everyone left at 11pm. Left Gillian, Yinghao and myself. Gillian called her dad to come fetch her. While waiting for her dad, I took out my laptop and start doing my RJ. After I've finished Yinghao took my laptop and play. While Gillian and I was sitting at the Swisshotel lobby, oogling at those caucasian pilots and stewardess. Finally, her dad was here and was kind enough to fetch me to Newton train station. Initially they wanted to send me off directly to my house coz they afriad that there's no more train to take. But oh hello, they stay in Newton. I know my limits ;p
Fortuanatly, I manage to catch the last train home.

Singfest 2008 !!!

Singfest 2008 is back! Do you people remembered Singfest 2007? Its a blast!

Just in case for people who doesn't really know what Singfest is, it's a highly anticipated music outdoor music festival. I guess people who are crazy over One Republic, Jason Mraz, Simple Plan, Travis, Melee, Jamie Scott, Stacie Orrico, Alicia Keys, Panic At The Disco and many more! Personally, I love Panic At The Disco.

The show will kick off on 2nd August at Fort Canning. It will last for 2days. They will be performing their top selling hits at this music party that will run for 10hours each day! Filling the sheer entertainment throughout, and representing incredible value of money!

Ticket price at $200 for both days. $150 for 1 day. Tickets sold at door would cost higher. Grab your tickets fast! While you are grabing yours, grab one for me too. Thankyou :D

Skipped Work.

Skipped work today.

Had to attend 5lines meeting. So the admin team consisted of Yinghao, Kenneth, Gillian and myself met up at 10.30am United Square Macdonalds. I was a little late, I can't help it though, coz i was doing big business in the toilet you see. Fortunately, I was not the lastest! Kenneth was even later.

Started the meeting after everyone's here. So Yinghao started briefing about the upcoming gig, which is the Keming Primary School Teacher's day performance, the improvement of 5lines blog and everything under the sun to further improve 5lines to allow people to hire us :DDD

By the way, I shared the same birthday with Kenneth!!! He's the first friend that shared the same birthday as me ;D

After our lunch at Mac, Kenneth had to go for his cello classes at Mandeville Music School which is at United Sq. So the remaining 3 of us headed into Popular, bought some stuffs and off we go to Swensens. Sat there for like whole 2hours just eating and chatting (;

After which we parted. Trained down to Yio Chu Kang train station to wait for my dad to fetch me. Together we went to view houses. Duh! This was my first time tagging along viewing houses. Coz my family usually view on Sunday, but I'm working. So today is an exception!

Anyway, my dad decided to shift to Woodlands, but have not yet to decide on which flats to move to. So far today we've seen was under expectations.

Singapore Flyer.

The dayout with V6 is cancelled.

Cheer up guys! I know each and everyone of us miss V6 but i know that you people miss me more. But we we'll hang out real soon alright! :DDD

At around 6pm, headed out to the Singapore Flyer to have dinner at Popeyes.

We ordered more than enough to filled our stomach to brim. Popeyes is reletively similar to KFC but the chickens are less oily and fattening. It does't have layers of fats underneath the skin compared to KFC.

After dinner took a walk round the flyer. I came upon this interesting shop. The fishes are nibbling on those customers legs. They are doctor fishes! They feed on those dead skins that stay put on the legs. So after some bites from the fish, your legs would be as flawless as the diamond. HA!

On the way buying the flyer tickets, wo took photos with the flyer of coz. Such a beautiful sight. How could it be miss?

Quickly we ended our camwhore session and bought the tickets.

We are required to pass through that 'scanner', walk a short distance. And off we go to have a ride on the flyer. It's my 1st time riding on the flyer and I could tell you that I was damn excited. And the next minute, we are in the capsule!

My aunt was chatting on the phone right after we step in. We were like saying 'later then call back lah. you pay so much to come sit and talk on the phone?'

She improve a little by joining us in taking photos. But as you can see, she still hogging on to her phone saying 'Aiya, I actually wanted to buy the TOTO no. but then ah, i never. Now the TOTO no. came out. Wasted leh! Wasted leh! Only one more no. which initially i wanted to buy then i can strike already. Wasted leh. Humpf humpf humpf!

Took the shuttle bus and off we go to City Hall MRT station. Everyone was complaining thristy, so must nice cousin initiated to treat us to TCC at Funan IT Mall. But well, lady luck was not with us. TCC was closing. So in the end, we went Macdonalds!

On the ride home on the train, there were empty seats so my aunt promted me to have a seat. I told her, its alright I could stand and leave the seats to those 'ah ma'. And she gave a classic reply saying that 'Aiyo, at this point of time, where got ah ma? All sleep already liao lahh'.
