Symphonie de Republique

It felt like i've been living in seclusion for the past months without a proper delightful day spent. My every single day spent was purely classes and IGs. However, nothing beats having my IG mates around and of coz the heavenly music that we play.

On a Saturday night, I'm blessed to have a date with TWO of my friends. Not going to reveal who until ...

I feel like it :p

The date was actually a concert held in school (TRCC), brought to us by the Republic Poly Wind Symphony band.
Met up with my dates at 6PM to have dinner at Pastamania.
Afterwhich, strolled back to school with a hefty stomach filled with foody.

The concert lasted for a whole 2hours. 8pm till 10pm.

Her name is Jasmine, President of RPWS. She's both Yuehui and my sister's friend. We waited for her for almost an hour to pass her the flowers. Can't blame, coz usually big shots are always the last to be out. Thats explain why I'm always the last. *winkwink*

Afters months, weeks and days of rehearsing, the day that we had been working hard for have finally disembark. Strings Affairs. Yess, thats what we call it.

I had my lessons at usual. Unlike some of the members, they skip classes just to rehearse more on their unsure parts.
Right after my UT, hastily rushed off to TRCC to change and everything.

Its my birthday today as well as the full dress rehearsal for Strings Affairs performance tomorrow.

A big Thank You to RPSE members for singing the birthday song everywhere and anywhere in the practice room, lift and dressing room. Thanks for celebrating the day with me. I was indeed surprise.

They got the lights at the dressing room switch off. And there comes the cake and the birthday song. Special Thanks to Gillian and Guoyan for playing a duet for the birthday tune on the violin.

It's one day before my birthday!

I had my first celebration with my ''siao lang geng'' friends. Peina, Kokliang, Jacky, Amileen, Genevieve, Bingling, Xinrou, Felicia, Cheryl and Sokky!!

And it all happpened on the 04/11/08 Tuesday, the 2nd breakout. Jacky was frantically bekoning me to leave class. I did as I was told coz he really did seem frantic.

Came to a halt in front of an unknown classroom where Jacky was there constantly peeking into the room. Getting suspicious of him, I went to open the door, happen to see kokliang squating in a corner just like a lil kid with a few party poppers in his hand.

Right after I enter, I got dumbfound by the picture that Bingling had specially done for me. Besides, I have been craving for Tutu Kueh since the past few days. Thanks Rourou for getting the 6 superb Tutu Kueh.

These lovely earthlings have folded me stars with their wishes in it. Thanks to them, I have to unfold each and every star and fold back again. Thankfully, Felicia was a nice soul, she gave some hint as to which type of star to unfold. It certainly made my job exceedingly easier.

Nonetheless, I have read all of their wishes.
For sure, they will always be my 'Siao Lang Geng' friends ;D

A Short Break?

My 1 week break had past. Oh wait, did I mention 1 week break? Yessss, I did. But I don't have the slightest impression of me myself having a good break.

Monday was Deepavali. Worked at Jurong East with my great pal Geneveive. Once again, it was great. Before work had even started, we contentedly bought a couple of dramas. Because 'PohKim' was having moving out sales. Most importantly, our entire day was being entertained. Thankfully, one of the company laptop has internet connection. Hence, we are able to chat and stream videos.

Tuesday, Wednesday back to school for IG rehearsals.

Once again work with Gene on Thursday. Was taken aback when we saw our dealer was actually a 60year old plus lady. Not a lookdown or whatsoever iea. Its solely a remark. Due to her on and off nap, we decided to dapao. Food we had for the day was sumptuous! Ramly burgers, Otah, Kebab, Tutu Kueh. All the food you find at Pasam Malam. It got to be sumptuous! cost me a total of 10bucks.

Friday was my PP presentation as well as IG reheasal. Intended to head out with my V6 mates after my PP. But I have IG later in the evening. I bet their enjoyed the day, but Weihao told me its weird without having my noise around. No worries, there will always be a next time right right?

Saturday had IG rehearsal yet again. Besides, we sort of having a donut party.

Finally Sunday! I got my break!! But ain't Sunday meant to be a break?
