Managed to do the trial test only yesterday night. I had to send my apologies to my dear FYP team mates. I was at fault for doing the trial tests instead of focusing on my FYP :O

But i was god damn nervous for fear of failing my FTT. I don't wanna wait for another month. Thankfully, i have understanding team mates.

We're doing it again

Went out to town with my spouse, diona.

She had this insane cravings for KFC so as to satisfy her desire, we walked over to Far-East for some finger licking good chicken. At there, we met some attention seeking angmoh teens.

Next stop, we went to the newly opened shopping centre, ION. And that is when i cant resist my shopping temptation. Felt like buying everything back home, but i know its not possible ]=
So after some spending, i decided to leave the place to prevent myself from more spending.
Presently, im no longer working so i had no choice but to scrimp and save.

So no more shopping, time for chilling. =] went to Wheelock for some coffee at Starbucks. This time round i ordered Caramel Frapp instead of Mango Passion Fruit. I felt cheated for that mango passion fruit. It tasted so normal. lol.

We went wacky @ starbucks. I think my spouse had a good laugh right??

IGNITE 09

IGNITE on friday :]

Its a music event held in school where various local bands playing rock music. Nope, i think its more of post-hardcore. horrendous screaming. ewwws. Certainly not a fan of post-hardcore, progressive rock nor metal or all those screaming stuffs. Is that even considered as music? No offence tho.

For this, the event kinda suck. But the company was good with the presence of cheryl, amileen, hungyi and jayson. Needless to say, we got moshed, owing to a group of malay guys who wanna make some space for themselves to dance -.-"

Whats more cheryl was so kind enough to push me back at them. Thats really very kind of her =] haha. We got so fed up that we threw light sticks at them. but our aiming was pretty bad!! It landed on some innocent lady. ha!

We went quite crazy when the band 53A performs.

Our 50cents lightsticks. Look at the not so glowing light stick. It belongs to the not so kind heartedness lady called CHERYL! Nono, i think i should say LAY CHOO instead.

The event ended at 10pm. The productivity of our school security is beyond. They were chasing people out of the school compound right after the event ended.

Got a ride home from Hung Yi in his uber cool flashy convertible. It's my first time sitting in a convertible.

I could still recall that the song playing was Five Minutes to Midnight by Boys Like Girls. Too bad it wasnt five minutes to midnight at that time. But i guess it doesnt make a difference even it was five minutes to midnight. hahahahah. mayb the mood will be crazier? maybeee..

Sooo, the night was simply awesome with my siao lang geng friend cheryl and not leaving out amileen, hungyi and jayson!

Seafood delight

A simple dinner with my collegues. zhongjian, peisi, weiseng, adren and myself!
Thanks to our work area co-ordinator, james who was lovely enough to treat us to seafood.

After school, met up with peisi and got ourselves settled in the library waiting for the time to pass. Left the school, when the time is right. Subsequently trained down to Chua Chu Kang, joined weiseng and adren upon reaching. The retarded adren was busy stalking girls :/

Not long after, zhongjian caught up with us, together we hop into james car and off we for some seafood! I felt totally like a sinner. They didnt really order spicy food because of me!! Moved <3

After dinner, chit-chatted for quite some time. Thereafter, james drove us back to Chua Chu Kang MRT. Feeling full, we headed inside LOT 1 and do some nonsensical shopping. lols

Trained home with adren and weiseng! And apprantly, the journey from CCK to Woodlands is zomg, fast =]

Happy birthday Emma

Ema's 25th birthday! Just in case you're wondering who she is, she's my maid. Been with us for almost 3 years. She's just too orh-some. The best among all the other maids that we had before her :D

So we'd this mini and simple celebration for her at home. A mango cake, tasted pretty good. I dont usually eat cakes. But birthday with no cakes? No way.

Mr Tickle is lighting the candles. So nice of him right? Actually not, he wanted to hit the sack already but i was still munching on my dinner and thus, delayed the singing session. lols. So he was just like a bee constantly buzzing beside me asking me to eat faster. haha.

p.s : my sister is trying to look tall. lols

This is the average looking self-portrait that you could easily see all over Friendster, Facebook, MySpace and etc.

Unlike This..

The tones, lightings, expressions are so well done. The creativity is there too.

Essentially, there are many tips and tricks into shooting a fine self portrait. Things like lightings, composition, angles, tones and the expression of the person behind that picture.

I suppose the best way to take a good self portrait is to take as many photos as possible and delete the one’s you don’t like. I guess shooting a self portrait is not that easy after all. I just need to start sparking up my creative juices to get my pictures started.
